Refund Policy

Return policy:

1- You may request a return within 14 days after you receive your item(s).
2- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All tickets must be attached. The courier will not accept items that are not neatly folded and returned in their original state.
3- Payments are refunded to your account once the refund request is accepted and should appear in your account within 14 days.

To request a return, please log in to your account.
To do that, you will write your email in the account log-in. A code will be sent to your email. Once you write this code on the website, you can access your order history and make a return request for orders that were received from up to 14 days.
